The Flute Dining Table

The Flute Dining Table is on trend right now, and capitalizes on a contrast between dark and light. The piece recognizes that where you live, or where your home is located, helps dictate how you want your home to feel (a home nestled in the mountains would have a different ambiance than one downtown, for example). The piece was designed to be highly-versatile, with different top and base options to satisfy unique tastes and needs.

Walnut Woodtones

The Flute Dining Table is a beautiful take on a tulip table. As its name belies, the piece consists of a walnut top, making use of a beautiful not-too-dark yet not-too-light wood that integrates into any space. The easygoing wood tone pairs with pretty much any other wood tone in the home and brings warmth - without going red or yellow. The table’s gold leaf base is hand-gilded with exceptional quality and precision, introducing additional layered beauty in a subtle manner.

The Flute Dining Table is all about choice. With numerous top size options in both oval and round, there are many shapes to suit the needs of many spaces. The piece also allows for customization of the base.

Highly Customizable

The Flute Dining Table’s customizability allows it to serve a variety of functions, from a small side table all the way up to a large dining room set. It was designed to transcend different spaces throughout any home, and it does just that. The 48” round 4-seater is ideally suited for a small breakfast area or nook, while the 60” round seats 6 comfortably can go in a standard dining space. For those with large families or who like to entertain, the 96” inch oval can serve in a grander dining room or larger breakfast nook.

The Flute Dining Table will make a statement during casual daily meals and larger formal gatherings alike. Ashley loves to host and frequently has family over, and finds the table a beautiful and functional centerpiece of her home.

About Ashley

Ashley grew up in a creative household, her mom an interior designer and artist. She was encouraged to explore creatively from a young age, which eventually translated into the passion for that sparked her career. Ashley got her start in furniture design when she was moving into a new house with her husband, and couldn’t find any lighting or furnishing options she loved. Struggling to find pieces she wanted to include in her home, she took to her sketchbook and began working on her own designs. Armed with the belief that if she loved it but it wasn't in the marketplace others were probably looking for it too, she took her collection to market in New York. It was well-received, and Emporium Home took off from there.
